A unique sensing function of the WSI-IP30 is the ability to project THROUGH various thicknesses of stainless plate to detect a variety of metal targets - see video below.
The sensor is coupled with our CUBE40 mount - it is non programmable, so sensitivity is adjusted with sensor-to-target distance in the mounting setup.
The 18mm programmable types also have this inductive projection feature, but with dozens of configurable parameters to precisely dial in the sensitivity, hysteresis, or inter-operate with a menu of sensing variables.
